Donna Wilson - Creature Animations
We worked with Donna Wilson to create a series of 3 Stop Motion Animations featuring their creatures and cushions. Each Donna Wilson creature has their own personality and are all made in the UK using the softest lambswool and cashmere yarns. Our first animation introduces one of their cheeky creatures, ‘Stevie Sloth’, who loves sequins but dislikes banana sandwiches!
‘Mend and Mulch’ is an animation to encourage people to mend their creatures and show how at Donna Wilson, nothing is put to waste. We show how they mulch up all their lambswool leftovers and turn them into something new.
For our final animation we showcased their beautiful ‘Cottage Cushion’ in a paper garden full of flowers based on Donna Wilson’s illustrations. We created the animations to be used on the Donna Wilson website, Instagram and TikTok. Playful stop motion animations are a great way to showcase products in a fun and engaging way.
Behind-the-scenes videos provide really engaging content for social media in addition to the finished animations. For this series, we created a reel showing how we made these woolly animations. We can create Behind-the-scenes social media content that is optimised for each social media platform, for example, vertical 9:16 videos for use on Instagram Reels and Tiktok.
